Ruby Oilstone

Ruby oilstone is a type of microcrystalline corundum product sintered at high temperatures. It has a dense and fine structure, along with extremely high hardness and strength, making it very sturdy and durable.
The product is rose red in color and falls into three main categories: standard-type oilstones, small grinding wheel-type oilstones, and grinding head-type oilstones. When grinding workpieces, it can maintain a sharp cutting edge and a relatively stable geometric shape for a long period.
It is suitable for the form grinding of precision parts, instruments and meters industry, tools, micro-tools, and precision abrasives. The surface roughness of the processed workpieces can reach approximately 0.05μm.
Oilstone Specifications
Small grinding wheel-type: Flat grinding wheel oilstones with a diameter of less than 100mm.
Standard-type: Oilstones of various geometric shapes with dimensions within 200mm × 50mm × 25mm.
Grinding head-type: Grinding head oilstones of various shapes with a diameter of less than 25mm.
