The precision grade can reach G10. Meanwhile, we can customize various specifications of copper balls, saucer balls, ceramic balls, etc., to meet the needs of bearings, automotive parts, furniture, food, cosmetics, and chemical industries. Requirements from multiple industries such as agriculture!Our company currently has over 30 professional technicians and more than 50 sets of various specialized steel ball testing equipment. To stabilize product quality, we have now passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and the IATF16949 international automotive Working Group certification.The company has passed the ISO9001 and ATF16949 certifications.

Feiyan Transmission Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of precision steel balls.At present, the entire factory covers an area of 18,000 square meters and is divided into three production areas: the bearing steel ball production line, the carbon steel ball production line, and the stainless steel ball production line. Currently, there are nearly 200 sets of various professional equipment for steel ball production, with an annual output of 1,800 tons of bearing steel balls, 500 tons of stainless steel balls, and 300 tons of carbon steel balls.
